Privacy Policy

The short version

The Fluid Art app collects no personal data. The mobile app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs and no network features — everything it does happens on your device. This website uses Firebase Analytics to understand anonymous traffic (see below).

Who we are

Fluid Art (app identifier app.presenza.fluidart) is published by Presenza ("we", "us"). This policy applies to the Fluid Art application for iOS and Android and to this website.

Data the app does not collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone number, contacts)
• No account or sign-in of any kind
• No location data
• No usage analytics, crash reports or tracking identifiers in the app
• No advertising identifiers — the app shows no ads
• No app data shared with or sold to third parties

Microphone (Sound mode)

Fluid Art has an optional Sound mode that turns music or voice around you into bursts of colour. If you enable it, the app asks for permission to use the microphone.

• Audio is analysed in real time, on your device only.
• Nothing is ever recorded, stored or transmitted anywhere.
• Only the momentary loudness level is used to drive the simulation.
• Sound mode is entirely optional — the app works fully without it, and you can revoke the permission at any time in your system settings.

Data stored on your device

The app remembers small preferences — such as your selected effect pack — using your device's standard local storage (NSUserDefaults on iOS, app-private storage on Android). These preferences never leave your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.

This website

This website is a static site served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.

We use Google Firebase Analytics on this website to measure anonymous visits (for example page views and approximate device/browser type). Firebase may set cookies or use similar technologies and process IP addresses according to Google’s policies. See the Firebase Privacy and Security and Google Privacy Policy. Analytics applies only to this website, not to the Fluid Art mobile app.

Children

Fluid Art is suitable for all ages. The mobile app collects no data from children. Website analytics are aggregated and not intended to identify individual users, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this policy and the "last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
